Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-House Management: Maintain a clean and organized environment, providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Point-of-Sale Operations: Efficiently process transactions using our point-of-sale system, handling cash and operating credit card machines with accuracy.
  • Cash Handling: Manage float effectively, maintaining a secure and accurate cash handling process.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service, resolving any issues that may arise in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a Quick Service Server or equivalent role.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in Kitchen Support Occupations or Hospitality is highly regarded.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights.
  • Work Authorization: Current work authorization for Australia (required).
