Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist at ELMO, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients across the NDIS, Aged Care, and Insurance sectors.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ELMO's clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with clients across the NDIS, Aged Care, and Insurance sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
