Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist at ELMO, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients across the NDIS, Aged Care, and Insurance sectors.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of ELMO's clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience working with clients across the NDIS, Aged Care, and Insurance sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
