Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents, including laundry and housekeeping duties.
- Prepare and serve meals to residents, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and prepare meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
- Perform basic record-keeping tasks, including tracking meal delivery and resident feedback.
- Comply with workplace health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or hotel services role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and management.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility with start time and days, including weekends.
- Good knowledge of food safety principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
