Join our team as a Holistic Healthcare Professional where you will be working in a multicultural aged care environment that prioritizes quality, dignity, and respect for all residents. As part of our Residential Care Services team, you will have the opportunity to provide person-centered care and support others in their growth.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver high standards of clinical nursing care to residents, engage them in person-centered care planning and service delivery, and mentor other healthcare professionals while leading by example. You will also promote compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies, assist with audits, assessments, and care plan reviews, and ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

What We're Looking For
  • A registered nurse with current registration from AHPRA and strong clinical knowledge, especially in aged-related health issues.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and support a culture of quality care.
  • Strong documentation and IT literacy.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • A National Police Check and valid Driver's Licence.

While experience in aged care or residential services is desirable, it is not essential. Postgraduate qualifications in aged care or related fields are also valuable, but not required. What matters most is your passion for delivering culturally respectful, person-centered care.
