We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our Caringbah team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
- Perform minor procedures when required
- Care for and handle animals with compassion and care
- Maintain the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
- Assist with reception duties as required
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Ability to work with initiative, as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and friendly presence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
