Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure impeccable hygiene while cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen floors by removing rubbish, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Disinfect and clean kitchen surfaces according to a proper sequence of chemical usage.
  • Provide valuable support to our kitchen team with basic food preparation, grating, peeling, chopping, and preparing batters, garnishes, and seasonings.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in kitchen operations or cleaning is an advantage.
  • An enthusiastic attitude and motivated demeanor are essential.
  • You must be comfortable working in a diverse team environment.
  • Be capable of adapting to a flexible rotating schedule, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
