Digital Content Producer

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Content Producer. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, crafting captivating reels, and pitching innovative ideas to shape conversations across various platforms. If you have a passion for digital content creation, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity, purpose, and impact.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating engaging podcast social content and distributing it across multiple platforms.
• Developing, writing, and executing original entertainment stories across site and social.
• Managing content calendars to ensure consistent posting that maximizes engagement.
• Editing and commissioning quality content from internal and external writers.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating innovative ideas into content strategies.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement content plans.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar social media content creator role.
• Understanding of how to create compelling content including short-form video for Instagram and TikTok.
• Intermediate to advanced video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere, Capcut, etc.).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about podcasts, digital trends, digital media, and emerging technologies.
• Experience using Hootsuite would be a fantastic bonus.
