Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates for various roles across the Nordic region.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and networks to attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates, ensuring a smooth process from application to placement.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, articulating their strengths and backgrounds effectively.
Requirements
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently from a remote location.
  • Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
