About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bid and Tender Engineer to join our team at Consolidated Power Projects (CPP), a leading provider of high-voltage power solutions in Australia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive tenders and bids for high-voltage infrastructure projects in the utilities and renewable energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Estimators, Regional Manager, and engineering team to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements and challenges of each client.
  • Analyse customer RFQs and tender specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
  • Utilise technical expertise to evaluate customer needs and propose solutions that are both technically sound and cost-effective.
  • Develop and manage multiple tenders to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous involvement in proposal engineering, plant procurement, or managing major tenders within the high-voltage infrastructure industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analysing customer RFQs and tender specifications.
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and high-voltage infrastructure.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tenders to meet tight deadlines.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
