Job Role: Hospitality Associate

We support individuals when they need it most by delivering person-centred care in our care homes. Our goal is to maintain independence and respect residents' choices, allowing them to live their best lives.

Hospitality Associates have a knack for maintaining orderliness and a passion for assisting others. They make a real difference daily by creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Every detail counts in our care home, where our team collaborates to ensure residents feel at home.

You Will Contribute:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Ensure residents are kept happy by vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and generally ensuring the upkeep of all communal areas and residents' bedrooms
• Maintain housekeeping supplies for daily use and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as needed

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

You take pride in completing your work to a high standard and can maintain an organised environment. Often managing multiple requests simultaneously, you will be comfortable multitasking and working with other teams to ensure residents are satisfied in their home.
