About the Role

As a Crew Coach, you will provide support and coaching to our restaurant team members on shift. You will model our standards and expectations, coach others to learn new skills and improve existing skills, motivate those around you, and communicate effectively. Your goal is to help your team strive to provide an exceptional guest experience, to every guest, every visit.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching plans to improve team performance.
  2. You will provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members to help them develop new skills.
  3. You will work closely with the restaurant management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  4. You will be a role model for our company values and standards, and will promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  5. You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on team performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
