We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Bendigo. As a key member of our branch, you will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone
- Assist in developing long-term mutually rewarding relationships between the bank and its customers
- Identify opportunities to market financial products and services to customers
- Promote Bank Australia in a positive and professional way through volunteer programs and opportunities
- A track record of excellent customer service
- Confidence in building strong relationships with customers
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to determine priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Previous customer service/sales experience is essential
