**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Repairer to join our team at Avance Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
The successful applicant will have experience working with heat exchangers, separators, decanters, homogenisers, pumps, and valve changeouts, as well as strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, including heat exchangers, separators, decanters, homogenisers, pumps, and valve changeouts.
- Sourcing parts according to manuals and technical specifications.
- Conducting site audits and assessments to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Completing JSA and SWMS documents to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience working with industrial equipment, preferably in the food and dairy industry.
- A Mechanical Engineering background or similar mechanical background with hands-on experience.
- An understanding of computer systems and ability to adapt to new technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
