About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team at TGI Fridays Tea Tree Plaza restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to the highest standards, adhering to our recipe and plating guides.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff allocation, section management, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Participate in menu development, specials, and limited-time offers, working closely with the Head Chef to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure accurate stock management, delivery receipts, and temperature logs are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to improve current menu items and develop new concepts.
Requirements
  • Fully Trade Qualified or Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of food safety and execution.
