About the Role

As a Communications Advisor in our Australia Retail Communications team, you'll play a key role in helping the development and delivery of communication activities and programs for ANZ Plus. This is an exciting and dynamic role that is part of a small but very experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans that effectively engage our internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain our internal communications channels, including newsletters and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager and broader Communications team to identify opportunities to improve our communication strategies.
  • Provide high-quality content development support across our internal and external channels.
  • Work closely with internal content and media relations teams to support content opportunities and enquiries.
  • Provide reporting and evaluation support for communications activities across key projects.
  • Provide communications advice to various stakeholders, as required.
  • Escalate risks and issues to the Senior Communications Manager in a timely manner.

  • Proven experience in communications and content development.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

  • Well-organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
