Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Claims Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for managing insurance home and contents claims, liaising with Operations teams, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload of insurance home and contents claims
  • Liaise with Operations teams to ensure accurate Assessment Reports
  • Write reports on works performed and lodge with Clients and Insurers
  • Liaise directly with external Claims Administrators and Contents Assessors

This role involves working a rotating roster every two weeks from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work with a positive and rewarding team culture, and enjoy a competitive salary package.

  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPIs
  • Strong computer literacy
