Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Master Data changes in line with procedures to ensure data integrity across all Asset Management functions.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across Asset Appraisal & Lifecycle Planning, Engineering, Maintenance Planning / Scheduling, and Asset data.
  • Establish preventative and predictive maintenance plans to optimize resource planning and utilization.
  • Ensure long-term PPM smoothing to enable resource efficiency and budget management.
  • Manage internal and external client requests for information (RFI) requests to provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Establish client Asset Registers and support targeted asset condition assessments, including data management in conformance with Global & Local Taxonomy.
  • Provide support in the efficient use of CMMS systems and reporting to service delivery teams within Key Accounts.
  • Provide insights in performance of engineering assets and utilize the data to improve asset health, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification.

Requirements:
