As a Finance Manager at Blackmores, you will be part of a purpose-led brand that prioritizes wellbeing and workplace flexibility.
**Job Description**
This role involves leading the preparation and coordination of all Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group.
You will work closely with the Group Financial Controller to provide advice on judgemental accounting matters and control deficiencies.
**Responsibilities**
- Preparing and co-ordinating all Kirin, Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group
- Providing advice on judgemental accounting matters and control deficiencies, for example impairment assessment, revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, eliminations, accounting for incentives
- Supporting the maintenance of robust finance data through supporting key data and governance controls and designing sustainable data management controls
- Performing ad hoc analysis supporting strategic advice to the business
- Enhancing financial controls through policy documentation, balance sheet review and analysis
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A qualified Big 4 accountant with 5-7 years post qualification experience
- Experience leading reporting for large organisations
- Data savvy, strong attention to detail, able to examine and critique financial reports
- Highly collaborative, able to drive business units to provide accurate information, works closely with business partners
