Job Overview

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' business loans are well serviced and fully supported.

You will use your strong operational, administration, and communication skills to improve the customer experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team and will help ensure our clients' Settlements expectations are met, managed, and delivered upon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange the disbursal and collection of loans via our Loan Management System.
  • Ensure all incoming documents are in line with compliance requirements.
  • Verify information as per company and banking policy prior to final settlement.
  • Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, vendors, other internal teams, and external partners.
  • Complete reconciliations as required.
  • Ensure the company adheres to Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and internal risk requirements.
Requirements

Previous experience in Settlements in the asset finance or trade finance industry is desirable.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in the asset finance or trade finance industry is desirable.
  • Experience in Fintech, banking, or similar industries is also an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering Law and legislative requirements.
  • A willingness to help customers and internal departments solve complex tasks and be prepared to take the initiative to achieve the goal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive, and a willingness to learn.
