We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Payments and Certificates Specialist to join our Finance Team at Campbelltown City Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing external agency payment files, cheque, direct debit and credit card payments for all Council business. This includes generating section certificates and assisting with rates and debtor enquiries, as well as pensioner rebate applications.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate high-level data entry skills and strong attention to detail. You should also have a good understanding of rate policies and procedures, as well as excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

A relevant qualification or equivalent job-related experience in a similar role is desirable, along with knowledge of a Property and Rating system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for effective collaboration with team members.
