Job Title: Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our repair centre team in Perth, Australia. As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the production management of the workshop, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure the site is operating efficiently. Prepare and review operational reports, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Understanding of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
