We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to our residents. As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to residents, exercise sound clinical judgment, and supervise other nursing staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the necessary skills and qualifications, including current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, and knowledge of ANMC National Competency Standards for an RN and Gerontology-related skills.
In addition to your professional skills, you will also be required to complete documentation accurately and efficiently, as per NBWA Management of Patient Information and Documentation Guidelines. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families.
