We are seeking an experienced Resourcer to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of employment matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice on general employment law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment
  • Litigating employment disputes, including industrial action and dispute resolution
  • Assisting with workplace health and safety
  • Developing policies and procedures and delivering training on workplace compliance and governance
  • Designing employee incentive schemes and executive remuneration

Our ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years of experience in employment law and a strong understanding of the subject matter.
