Job Description

Skechers, a global leader in the lifestyle footwear industry, is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to drive sales in a high-performing store. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Manager to achieve optimal results in sales targets and KPIs.

The role involves collaborating with the Area Manager/Mentor to identify business needs, consumer trends, and team development opportunities. As a Store Manager for Skechers, you will play a fundamental role in the overall success of the brand.

A typical week includes representing yourself through your own uniform and fashion-style, creating new friendships with a likeminded team, being mentored and upskilled by down-to-earth Area Managers, exposure to a diverse customer profile, and ensuring efficient operation of the store.
