Job Title: Claims Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage a diverse portfolio of claims from inception through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate liability and analyse medical, financial, and rehabilitation data to assess claim values and negotiate settlements.
  2. Obtain and review reports to ensure accurate assessment of individual claims.
  3. Ensure compliance with legislative timeframes and ongoing review of reports.
  4. Develop strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively.
  5. Prioritise early access to appropriate rehabilitation for injured claimants to achieve optimal recovery.
  6. Negotiate claims settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines.
  7. Provide excellent customer service through timely response times and efficient processing.
Requirements:
  1. A sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims or Law is preferred.
  2. Tertiary qualifications, including Legal, Allied Health, or Insurance, would be advantageous.
  3. Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  4. High attention to detail.
  5. Pro-active and energetic team player.
  6. Highest professional approach to all aspects of claims handling.
  7. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to listen, build rapport, communicate complex information, and negotiate with stakeholders.
  8. Strong administrative and written skills.
  9. Strong commitment and integrity to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  10. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to workplace improvement.
