Claims Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage a diverse portfolio of claims from inception through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate liability and analyse medical, financial, and rehabilitation data to assess claim values and negotiate settlements.
- Obtain and review reports to ensure accurate assessment of individual claims.
- Ensure compliance with legislative timeframes and ongoing review of reports.
- Develop strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively.
- Prioritise early access to appropriate rehabilitation for injured claimants to achieve optimal recovery.
- Negotiate claims settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service through timely response times and efficient processing.
- A sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims or Law is preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications, including Legal, Allied Health, or Insurance, would be advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Pro-active and energetic team player.
- Highest professional approach to all aspects of claims handling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to listen, build rapport, communicate complex information, and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong administrative and written skills.
- Strong commitment and integrity to meet and exceed customer expectations.
