Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at Endeavour Foundation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local area marketing campaigns that drive positive brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute local area marketing strategies that align with our organisational priorities and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative events that engage the local disability community and referral networks.
- Identify and activate local area sponsorship and partnership opportunities that drive business growth.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide on-the-ground support for fundraising, lotteries, and Service Design activations that require community engagement or media support.
- Develop and implement effective planning, reporting, and dashboards to track activity and performance across Local Area Marketing activities.
- Proven experience in marketing across traditional and digital channels.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, including Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing marketing strategies that align with organisational goals.
- Experience designing and delivering community events, including risk management and contingency planning.
- Budget management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate data to inform future activity.
