Join our team as a Solutions Architect and be at the forefront of technological innovation. You'll provide essential technology and architectural support for intermediated insurance businesses across Australia and New Zealand, creating market differentiation through the deployment of resilient, cutting-edge technology and contemporary methods at scale.
">In this exciting role, you'll drive the delivery of end-to-end solution approaches for strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with IAG's forward-thinking strategy and technology strategy, and comply with group policy. Your contributions will make a significant impact, setting us apart in the market. You'll also have the incredible opportunity to develop and expand your capabilities and skills, allowing you to make a broader impact within technology and IAG.
">This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions, open to our offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
">About You:
- Experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in architecture process and governance.
- Proven ability in effective stakeholder management and collaboration with architects, platform teams, and key stakeholders.
- Skilled in technical analysis and detailed solution design, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Adaptable to strict governance environments, with experience in legacy system transformation and decommissioning.
- Knowledgeable in policy systems and pricing systems, with experience in software as a service (SaaS).
- Ideal insurance or financial services industry experience.
