About this Opportunity:

This role will be responsible for managing and controlling the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring modern and innovative technology platforms and processes.

The Infrastructure Manager will play a critical part in supporting organisational transformations and will work closely with key stakeholders to evaluate and develop solutions for IT investments.

• Manage the IT Technology Portfolio and Architecture Roadmaps for the Organisation.
• Ensure day-to-day operational technology towers meet SLA/KPI as defined by Service Delivery.
• Define infrastructure policies, standards, and procedures aligned with the IT strategy and business objectives.
• Manage and oversee planning of all infrastructure activities, resources, and projects, including budgeting and financial management.
• Develop and implement operations procedures for standardized IT operations.
• Manage transition phase from Design/Build into operational run state across all technology towers.
• Disaster Recovery Planning and implementation.
• Build and lead a highly effective team, ensuring an appropriate level of influence and management back into the IT organisation and key IT partners.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical experience and skills in Microsoft domain.
• Demonstrated experience running IT infrastructure: data centers, networks, and end user computing.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products is an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience with Multi-National Organisations.
