About the role

We are currently seeking a Production Director to oversee the operational requirements of our Pinjarra site. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for managing production teams and support functions to deliver seamless operations, ensuring quality products are made safely and delivered to customers on time.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG, as well as strong people management and leadership skills. They will also demonstrate regulatory compliance and OH&S knowledge, computer skills in Microsoft Office and Scada systems, experience with continuous improvement methodologies, and mechanical aptitude.

About your experience

Candidates should have a proven track record of implementing lean methodologies, driving positive team engagement in HSE behaviour and processes, and logical analytical problem-solving abilities. A tertiary qualification in engineering would be an advantage but is not required.

Please note that this is a 24-hour site, and while this is not a shift role, there is an on-call element to the position.
