Treasury Management Specialist Role

This position is based in our West Perth head office and will oversee the management of treasury operations, cash flow, debt facilities, and hedging instruments across the globe.

Working closely with the General Manager of Finance, this role aims to foster cross-business synergies and drive higher levels of productivity and profitability by enabling effective liquidity and investment management.

A key aspect of this position is building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly financiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage group cash forecasting models, cash repatriation strategies, bank guarantees, and security tracking
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, scenario analysis, and supporting CEO and Board papers as required
  • Oversee financial risk and governance, foreign exchange, interest rates, and hedge processes in line with Treasury policy
  • Implement a new Treasury management system
  • Drive continuous improvement in cash flow forecasting models, systems, and processes across the treasury function
  • Operations management including management of the Senior Treasury Analyst and the Transactional Banking and Credit cards Team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience providing treasury services in a corporate environment
  • CA, CPA qualified or other formal qualifications in Accounting, Banking, and Finance
  • Extensive experience managing complex debt facilities
  • Experience with a treasury management system
  • Knowledge and experience working in money markets
  • Excellent Excel and problem-solving skills
