Trauma Specialist Consultant

The Converge International team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trauma Specialist Consultant to provide critical incident response services to our clients. This role involves providing rapid response services, including critical incidents, planned support services, and disaster response. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trauma-specific interventions and approaches, such as Psychological First Aid.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body are also required. We encourage applications from registered Psychologists and Social Workers who are passionate about helping individuals and organisations manage trauma.
As a Trauma Specialist Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our clients to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes. You will also deliver EAP and Training and Consulting Services to support the wellbeing of our clients.
