Our college is a forward-thinking and culturally diverse educational institution that provides students with a quality Christian experience from Kindergarten to Year 12. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, our college has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses.

Job Overview:

The Campus Faith Leader will play a pivotal role in making the College vision a reality by engaging students in their faith journey and fostering their spiritual growth.

  • Foster the spiritual development and provide pastoral care for students.
  • Engage students in Biblical instruction, providing guidance to support their faith journey as Christ-followers.
  • Create an annual calendar of chapel speakers and lead Chapel services that engage students spiritually and develop their leadership, worship, and prayer capabilities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of Biblical principles and theological foundations, with the ability to communicate these effectively to students.
  • Proven experience in fostering spiritual development and providing pastoral care for students.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree or diploma in Theology or Ministry.
