Job Opportunity: Lead Construction Team

The ideal candidate will be a skilled supervisor responsible for managing and controlling construction units. This role involves overseeing a team of construction workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct a team of construction professionals
  • Oversee the completion of projects within set deadlines and budgets
  • Monitor and control the quality of work delivered by the team
  • Coordinate and plan construction activities to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents

Essential Qualifications:

  • NHIS School Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Successful completion of an approved course for supervisors or relevant experience
  • NHIS Class C Drivers License or equivalent
  • SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (TCP)
  • SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card')

Desirable Criteria:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (IMP)
  • Safe Work near Overhead Powerlines Certificate
