Government and Enterprise Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Government and Enterprise Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Sydney. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of outbound and inbound solutions within Government & /or Enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential BPO clients, focusing on NSW Federal & Local Government.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and strategic interactions.
- Solution Provision: Understand client needs and provide tailored BPO solutions that align with their goals and challenges.
- Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our services.
- Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Communication Excellence: Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, from clients to internal teams.
- Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a passion for delivering outstanding service and value.
- Sales Achievement: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with at least 3 years of inbound sales experience.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in CRM software ideally Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
