We operate Employment Services that specialise in clean room packaging of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, as well as warehouse & logistics solutions to commercial customers. Our goal is to provide meaningful and fulfilling employment opportunities to people with disabilities within a commercial business environment.
Job DescriptionThe Commercial Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating new commercial revenue for our packaging business as part of our strategic growth initiatives. Reporting to the Sales and Employment Innovation Manager, this role will involve working from our site in Allambie Heights, travelling to customers, and other Sunnyfield sites within the Sydney area.
The key focus of this role includes:
- New business development, including establishing relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Research to identify new markets and business opportunities to grow Sunnyfield services
- Assisting in the development of annual sales budgets by customer and operation
- Developing competitive, profitable sales quotations
- Developing current key customers and identifying additional high-growth customers
- Targeting customers with requirements for cleanroom packaging projects, focusing on TGA, HACCP, complementary medicine, and health food supplement sectors
- Contribution to strategy, direction, and growth of the Employment business unit
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, with a proven track record of success. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, provide value-added services, and solutions.
