Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical and personal care to residents.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration (Division 1), experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting, and strong interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work autonomously, understand accountability and consultation, and possess the ability to manage emergency situations within established processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical and personal care to residents
  • Manage after-hours shifts with support from on-call staff
  • Foster teamwork and coordinate personal care services while providing clinical care
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • Experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and understand accountability and consultation
  • Ability to work as Chief Warden to manage emergency situations within established processes
