About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at iSelect, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. With extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract external talent. You will also be responsible for managing the offer process, including negotiating salaries and packages.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a similar corporate TA role delivering end-to-end recruitment
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst managing various levels of stakeholder
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract external talent especially around hard to fill roles
  • Manage the offer process including negotiating salaries and packages
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ensure compliance is met in accordance with background checks such as reference checks and police checks
