We are seeking Labourers for various roles, including short-term and long-term opportunities. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting machinery operators, counting and recording cargo, strapping and unstrapping straps off transport trucks and materials, performing maintenance and housekeeping tasks as directed, and operating gantry cranes.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work irregular shifts, including 12-hour shifts, and be prepared for immediate starts and next-day interviews if shortlisted. You should also have recent experience in a labouring role (minimum 1 year), a driver's licence and own reliable transport, self-motivation, and a 'can do' attitude.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Recent experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
