**Job Description:**

Puma is seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Perth Watertown store through the biggest retail moments of the year.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Lead Puma's Perth Watertown store through peak trade periods, implementing strategies to drive sales and exceed KPIs.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing team, recruiting, training, and developing seasonal casuals to deliver excellence.
  3. Collaborate closely with your Area Manager to implement strategies and achieve business objectives.
  4. Run a seamless store operation, managing payroll, rostering, inventory, and compliance to maintain high standards.
  5. Showcase the Puma brand, executing bold marketing initiatives and maintaining world-class visual standards.
**Requirements:**
  • Proven retail leadership experience, ideally in apparel or footwear, with 2-4 years of management experience.
  • Sales champion with a track record of smashing sales targets and KPIs while managing costs.
  • People leader skilled at motivating, mentoring, and developing top-performing teams.
  • Clear communicator confident in engaging both team members and customers to inspire loyalty.
  • Peak trade pro, organised and calm under pressure, ready to deliver during the busiest retail periods.
  • Tech savvy, proficient with MS Office and essential retail systems.
