Delivery Driver Role
">We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our team in operating a van for mail and parcel delivery. As a driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe transportation of goods to our customers.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Operate a van to collect mail from Street Posting Boxes, Corporate Offices, Licensed Post Offices, and Delivery Centres
- Pick up mail and parcel items from our customers
- Unload mail articles from vans and manually sort them into small or large letters and parcels, including express posts
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks
- Work alongside experienced senior drivers for professional development
About You
">- You must hold a full or probationary Australian driver's licence with a good driving history
- Experience in driving a van or similar size vehicle (all our vans are automatic)
- Pass a pre-employment mandatory and practical driving assessment
- Be flexible with working additional hours if required
- Demonstrate excellent memory, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly
