
Sales Strategist

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and motivated professional with excellent sales skills and experience in enterprise software or solution sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple deal cycles, maintaining accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
- Execute the sales process using industry-standard methodology to win new sales.
- Report sales performance in CRM and share pipeline insights with leadership.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client challenges and opportunities.
- Prospect through various channels and identify high-value opportunities.
- Offer product demonstrations and provide advice on maximizing ROI.
- Assess client needs and explain how our products can meet those requirements.
- Develop sales strategies and nurture relationships within assigned territories.
Requirements:
- Expertise in business development, including constructing complex commercial offers.
- Create account plans that drive success in winning large deals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Successful track record in enterprise software or solution sales, accompanied by a proven target-hitting history.
- Strong networking skills and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to designated sales territories.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Strong academic background - degree level or equivalent.
- Experience within the Workday ecosystem.
