As a member of a contact centre team, you will make regular contact with existing customers. Your role involves verifying information, responding to queries, updating customer records, and analysing data.
Key responsibilities include reviewing customer data, verifying documents, performing administrative tasks, and building effective customer relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong computer skills, a confident phone manner, and excellent communication skills.
