Requirements:
  1. Cheese experience is a plus but not essential.
  2. Previous sales and event management experience is essential, with a focus on food and beverage.
  3. Previous experience with retail and wine list management is preferable.
  4. Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify insights and opportunities.
  5. Ability to manage stock levels and ensure quality targets are met.
  6. Proven experience in event management, including sales and profitable execution and management.
  7. Experience in leading/mentoring teams operationally and in a sales capacity.
  8. Energetic, positive, and motivated disposition.
  9. RSA Certificate.
  10. Ability to work successfully as part of the company management team.
