At Reece Group, we're looking for a skilled Retail Consultant to join our Bathroom Life team in Canberra (Fyshwick). As a key member of our team, you'll support builders, interior designers, and homeowners in creating their dream bathroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life, delivering exceptional results.
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely, upholding our high standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven track record of building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a flexible approach to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Comfort with using computers and learning new systems, with a positive attitude towards technology.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, with a focus on meeting business needs.
  • A motivated individual who is eager to develop their career, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • A valid car license, with a clean driving record.
