The Client Manager role fosters your growth and career in the media industry. You will further develop and apply existing knowledge through media planning and strategy across various verticals.

This role offers exposure to all media channels, both online and offline, focusing on cross-channel integration and strategy to help solve clients’ business challenges.

Your responsibilities include owning our day-to-day relationship with clients, leading media planning work, and managing the development of Client Executive and Associate roles within the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Collaborate across Dentsu and its network as needed – drive business value for clients and Dentsu using good knowledge of products and services
  • Project manage clients’ communications plans including timelines and budgets
  • Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Effectively lead and motivate internal teams to produce best-in-class work
  • Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients
