A leading Tier 3 Shop fitting D&C builder is seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Manager for their busy operations in Western Sydney. The firm prides itself on its fine finish and craftsmanship and is looking for someone with similar values.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working on similar projects, ideally for a Tier 2 or 3 Builder in Australia. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project life cycle, ensuring safety and building standards are high, and the sequence of works are seamless.
The Project Manager will be expected to take full ownership of the project, but will also have initial guidance. They will be responsible for preparing programs, forecasting, budgets, costing, financial reporting, and adherence to BCA standards.
The ideal candidate will have a trade tertiary background in Carpentry, on-site construction experience, and a commitment to safety and quality compliance. They will be a strong stakeholder manager, a great communicator, and able to work with Site Managers, sub-contractors, and do own contract administration.
The successful Project Manager will also get a $20,000 annual KPI bonus, which is easy to achieve for a fully maintained company UTE. The business culture is very important to them, with regular fun excursions, annual Xmas parties, and whole family occasions.
In return, you can expect a generous salary package, a well-supported site, and the opportunity to fast track to State Manager NSW.
