**Job Summary:**

Aptella is seeking a skilled Road Construction Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our survey and paving operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our asphalt surfacing projects.

We are looking for an individual with strong survey experience and knowledge of asphalt paving processes. If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with site supervisors and engineering staff on a daily basis to ensure project progress.
  • Communicate regularly with plant operators and site staff to maintain level controls.
  • Operate asphalt paving machines using proprietary PaveSmart technology.

**Requirements:**

  • Survey experience.
  • Asphalt experience.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • RII and/or VOCs nice to have.
