Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized recommendations.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting Dusk products and services to customers.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
    • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the store is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
