**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Physical Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of store appearance and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collecting and pushing trolleys within and around the store, including the car park
  • Completing scheduled and routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions to customers
  • Operating various cleaning equipment and products to scrub, mop, sweep, and clean all areas of the store

**Requirements**

  • A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks
  • The ability to travel to and from the store
  • Ability to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to stand for periods of time and lift loads between 5-10kgs
