At our organization, we are committed to shaping and growing our digital presence and customer journey. We are seeking an experienced Lead Digital Growth Strategist to play a key role in driving our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of the digital channel, including e-commerce sales and website optimization
- Acting as a key lead in website operations, including product launches and continuous site improvements
- Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sales growth
- Oversight of the end-to-end customer journey, including CRM, loyalty programs, and digital engagement
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital channel management
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
- The ability to work independently, with strong initiative and leadership potential
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
